Christian Schrick and Payam Andreas Saghafi will become member of the management board of eddylab GmbH from 1 July 2020. Together with the existing Managing Director Michael Reiter, they will chart the company’s strategic direction and expand the portfolio of products.
With Christian Schrick, eddylab will be enhanced from the company’s own ranks: As a man of the first hour, Schrick was previously held the position of a production manager and Authorized Officer of eddylab GmbH and provided technical sales support. In his function as Head of Production and Operation, Christian Schrick will assume responsibility for the area of production and the operational business, effective immediately. He will focus on work and process optimization.
Payam Andreas Saghafi will be responsible for the areas of Finances & Sales and will control the company's worldwide sales and marketing activities. In addition to expanding growth in the established markets, his focus will be on the internationalization of the sales channels. Other key tasks will include personnel and organizational development. "I see great potential in the business development of eddylab and I am impressed by the incredible variety of applications for the products," explains Saghafi, referring to the diversity of industries in the field of measurement systems and sensor technology.
"With the expansion of our management team, we can perfectly combine industry-specific know-how with technical expertise, and we are strategically well positioned for future developments and decisions", says Michael Reiter, founder of eddylab GmbH.
He will be responsible for the area of Research and Development and thus significantly build up the innovative strength of the company. In addition to the further extension of the product range, eddylab also focus on university and non-university research collaborations and industrial partnerships.
