Magnescale at the "All About Automation" in Friedrichshafen

At "All about automation 2024", the trade fair for automation, robotics and digitalization, eddylab Managing Director Christian Schrick and Sales Manager Susanne Abicht visited the Magnescale stand to find out about the latest developments.

Magnescale's product highlights this year were:

• The new µMATE+ LU20 display, which can be used to show measured values in various display modes and transmit the absolute measured value via Bluetooth.
   
• DS series digital touch probes: Direct connection to the PC via USB : The DS digital touch probe with a resolution of 0.1µm or 0.5µm enables direct connection to the PC or USB hub. With measuring lengths from 5 mm to 100 mm, the DS series is perfectly suited for a wide range of measurements during or after the machining process.
   
• MeasureViewer software for your DS series: measured value evaluation directly on your PC. Various measured value displays can be selected: analog dial gauge display, horizontal/vertical bar graph display, numerical display
   
• MG80 series: The MG80 modules enable high-speed measured value processing (400µs) of all measurement channels and their calculation. The appropriate module can be selected depending on the required communication protocol (Ethernet (TCP/TP), EtherNET/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, RS232C).
