New faces, new opportunities: employee growth at eddylab

Human Resources Officer Stefania Sileo is happy to welcome the five new employees.

"Despite the ongoing shortage of skilled workers, we managed to attract no less than four new trainees, one full-time employee and one working student to eddylab GmbH this year. Our junior staff are interested in a wide variety of work fields, which is why we were able to fill both the commercial as well as the technical apprenticeships for the training year 2023", explains Human Resources officer Stefania Sileo. "Due to the positive experiences, we have had with the trainees so far, we look forward to the upcoming tasks."

The sensor development department also gets further reinforcement. A student from the Electro and Information Technology program at Munich University of Applied Sciences is working with us during his practical semester and supports us with new ideas and approaches.

Due to increasing order and production volumes, a new and experienced employee also supports the order processing departments.
